Maple syrup is one of my absolute favourite things! So in honour of delicious maple syrup and the wonderful maple syrup festivals happening all over Ontario, Dr. Erica Robinson and I made delicious and nutritious Crunchy Maple Granola with our momstown Milton Junior Chef’s this month!
While we kept the ingredients for this recipe pretty simple, I am certain that it would be even more delicious with the addition of dried cranberries, raisins, coconuts and a selection of healthy seeds!
Here is the recipe that we followed. It was definitely a crowd pleaser and was absolutely fantastic served with organic greek yogurt!
Sweet, sticky, and crunchy granola exploding with vanilla and almond flavors. Ditch store-bought, healthy homemade granola is easy! This recipe is vegan and gluten free (if using certified GF oats).
