April marks the start of Spring and the shedding of all of our winter layers. We will

be starting our 3rd Health and Fitness Challenge as of April 15th to help our members get into shape and encourage good habits that will establish a healthy lifestyle for years come. It's wonderful seeing the moms come out to participate and watching the transformations that take place on both a physical and emotional level! We would like to welcome Oxygen Pilates and The Academy of Martial Arts as some of our current sponsors to help our mamas on their 12 week journey!

I am also pleased to announce that I have been nominated for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Milton Chamber!
